Phoebe works with buyers and sellers on brand management, trade regulations, and re-engineering businesses for new and expanded markets. She has led successful, data-driven marketing campaigns of a wide range of products, services and assets, from fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and novel technology, to investment assets up to $100m.

Phoebe operates at the intersection of business, brand and design, following a background in architecture, economics, finance and marketing.

The vast majority of Phoebe's end-to-end marketing campaigns for $10m-$100m investment assets have resulted in a successful transaction.

Beyond the campaign requirements of investment assets, Phoebe is a passionate believer in new products and brands being able to run effective, data-driven campaigns that leverage the benefits of User Generated Content (UGC). She helps her clients achieve success by running campaigns with a timing and methodology that suits capacity-constrained owner-operators - all using the path of least resistance to the best possible business outcome.

For advanced technology products in or entering highly regulated markets, Phoebe applies her in-depth knowledge of a range of international export control regimes to optimising end-to-end processes for those businesses, from marketing, business development and presales to project management, manufacturing, supplier management and logistics.

Phoebe is a native speaker of English, Malay, Mandarin, Hokkien and TeoChew. She is a classically-trained pianist who has more recently fallen in love with (and is now learning) the viola da gamba. The manner of her introduction to the viola da gamba has inspired Phoebe to enable other niche and specific interests to surface using contemporary engagement and promotion methods that are proven to work.

Although she does not do so commercially, one of the many good ideas Phoebe promotes is custom keyboards (the ones that go "thok"), which she builds for good humans; like solutions to improve business, Phoebe has found that the best keyboards are those built specifically with the user in mind.
