Before we established Wandscorp in 2024, we found that brand management and business advisory services are often sold in the market in direct competition with each other.
By instead ensuring that strong brand, product and business strategy and robust operating together, we achieve our mission: brands, businesses, technologies, policies and all good ideas we work with are seen, relevant, bought or sold - without needing to choose whether brand or business are more important.

Impartiality means we give you a straight answer on whether or not a market exists or can exist, not whether anyone thinks it should or should not.
We can let you know whether claimed "best practice" by suppliers and integration partners really is best, or a smokescreen for something value-reducing you don't necessarily need or where there is a legitimate and better alternative.
We have no exclusive or strategic partnerships, nor do we have multiple large divisions within our business where there might be commercial pressures to companion sell solutions looking for problems.
Flexibility means we can work with whoever wants to work with us, in a manner and pace that works for them, whether they are a small business, a significant investor or a large organisation.
We bring business rigour and can distill complexity for almost any size, maturity and complexity of organisation.

In highly confidential environments, our independence allows us to tell you what the data room may not. If you need us in the negotiating room in your corner, we will not be restrained by having another client in another part of our business. We intentionally have no directly competing clients - whatever your business and its size.

Ken Willis
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Ken works with buyers and sellers of technology, products and systems negotiating through novel challenges and opportunities in highly regulated, political and sensitive markets. He has a particular interest in demystifying markets subject to high scrutiny or national security considerations for potential new entrants.

Phoebe Tan
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Phoebe works with buyers and sellers on brand management, trade regulations, and re-engineering businesses for new and expanded markets. She has led successful, data-driven marketing campaigns of a wide range of products, services and assets, from fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and novel technology, to investment assets up to $100m.
